They find a coin in their pocket with some damage on it and think it’s an error, or find a coin that looks like a major strike through happened when really its just a coin that sat in a cup holder and obtained damage from soda acid etc. I say that because there’s so many people who don’t know what they’re talking about and advertising items that aren’t actually worth anything. Never use ebay, Craigslist, Mercari, etsy, offer up, or anything like that to try to find the value of something. I’ve had so many people mad at me for providing the truth in situations where they were trying to scam someone and I really don’t care because that’s not what this community is about nor is it something we tolerate. My grandfather taught me everything I know and along with the knowledge he provided he also told me I have to give it away to keep it, so I’ve been trying to help as many people as I can, and will continue to do so.
